Salary: From £33,002 to £37,694 pro rata
Time commitment: full-time 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

Responsibilities
* Lead coordination of support for students who have experienced sexual and/or domestic abuse, including assessment and response to risk in crisis situations.
* Work with students navigating the complex transitions associated with higher education, considering independence, vulnerability and changing support networks.
* Provide support to students with a range of disabilities, adopting a flexible and responsive approach.
* Build trust and communicate effectively with students in sensitive situations.
* Make timely, well‑informed decisions to support student safety and wellbeing.
* Maintain accurate records and manage complex and sensitive information.
Qualifications
* Significant experience supporting individuals affected by sexual and/or domestic abuse.
* Experience working with students, particularly in higher education settings.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust.
* Capacity to make timely, well‑informed decisions and manage sensitive information.
