Nurture Teachers - Prestwich, Salford & Surrounding Areas
£26 - £30 per hour (PAYE) | 1:1 Teaching | Immediate Start | Flexible Hours
About the Role
We're seeking trauma-informed Nurture Teachers to deliver 1:1 personalised tuition to children and young people across Prestwich, Salford, and surrounding areas who are not currently accessing mainstream education.
This role is ideal for compassionate, flexible educators who want to work outside of traditional classrooms and help students re-engage with learning in supportive, one-to-one environments.
You'll be delivering individualised education to students with a variety of needs, including SEMH, SEND, and EBSA, in settings such as:
* Libraries
* Community hubs
* Local schools
* Occasionally in students' homes
We're particularly interested in teachers who have experience working across multiple key stages, as learners can range from KS1 to KS4, each with unique needs and learning gaps.
Essential Requirements
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
* Experience teaching across a range of key stages (KS1-KS4)
* Proven experience supporting students with SEMH, SEND, EBSA
* A trauma-informed, relationship-based approach to teaching
* The ability to adapt learning to suit individual students' needs and work independently
