Transport Exchange Group (TEG) is looking for a for a dedicated and solution-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. You’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide high-quality support, resolve member queries efficiently, and ensure our users feel heard, valued, and empowered to get the most from our platform.

Deliver excellent customer service through inbound and outbound phone and email communication
Handle daily support, complaint, and change request tickets using Zendesk
Provide ongoing guidance and training to help members maximise value from our products
Monitor and resolve daily member-to-member complaints, building trust and confidence
Act as the voice of the customer—escalating feedback to inform product and service improvements
Graduate or Post Graduate Degree
Experience in a customer service or support role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working towards KPIs and service targets
Naturally customer-centric with a passion for helping others
Preferably multilingual in Romanian, Polish or German.
