Role & Responsibilities
* Lead analysis of performance across SEO and SEM channels using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Triprofound
* Deliver actionable insights that directly inform marketing strategy and execution
* Conduct comparative analysis between past and current agency performance
* Identify opportunities to improve channel performance and efficiency
* Cut through dashboard noise to uncover root-cause insights and trends
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and product teams to align data and priorities
* Support senior leadership in making fast, data-informed decisions
* Act as the lead marketing analyst on the ground while the permanent team is being built
Skills & Experience
* Proven expertise in performance marketing analytics, particularly across SEO and SEM
* Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Triprofound, and third-party platforms like Atlas
* Comfortable working independently and setting direction with limited supervision
* Experience managing and evaluating external marketing agencies
* Skilled at translating data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations
