Position:
In this role, you will provide holistic health and wellbeing support to families, helping them thrive within their home environment, sustain positive outcomes, and retain their tenancies. This position involves supporting families.
You will work as part of a team to support our customers and prevent homelessness. Your positive attitude and calm, personable manner will help create a supportive working environment, even in potentially difficult situations.

Working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
