Department Description
The Sales Transformation Program (STP) promotes best practices in selling and cross-selling, supported by senior leadership. The role supports the global New Business Award Program (NBAP), recognizing contributions to new business wins.
Role Overview
We seek a proactive, organized, and analytical Coordinator to support the STP team globally, handling program management, communications, financial analysis, knowledge management, and profile raising.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage program databases, trackers, communications, and stakeholder contacts.
* Test and maintain technology platforms and internal web pages.
* Conduct research, prepare updates, and suggest process improvements.
* Draft communications and support profile-raising activities like webinars and town halls.
* Maintain financials, monitor eligibility, and prepare reports.
* Coordinate program initiatives, meetings, and internal/external communications.
Person Specification
Essential Skills: understanding of business development, financial drivers, data analysis, and excellent service delivery. Experience with Excel and managing large data sets.
Desired Skills: experience in a professional services environment, understanding of the firm’s marketplace.
