FIND is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a growing Ofsted-graded Outstanding training provider to hire an Apprenticeship Enrolment Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Apprenticeships Operations, the Apprenticeship Enrolment Manager will help drive the results and continuous improvement of our client's apprenticeship enrolment team.
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual with experience within the Apprenticeship sector to drive the Apprenticeship Enrolment Team to meet their sales and conversion targets whilst adhering to all funding rules, programme criteria, and compliance standards.
This is a hybrid role involving 2 days working at our client's head office in Bristol each week with the other 3 days being home-based.
Responsibilities
1. Drive the Apprenticeship Enrolment Team to meet their sales and conversion targets
2. Assist Senior Coordinators and Coordinators in the smooth enrolment of learners onto apprenticeship programmes
3. Ensure learner eligibility against programme and funding criteria, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified
4. Ensure adherence to all funding rules, programme criteria, and compliance standards
5. Regularly audit enrolment processes to ensure compliance is upheld
6. Monitor and manage the retention of applications from initial inquiry to enrolment
