The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager with a specialization in Technology who is keen to set and build a digital strategy. This experience must be from an Asset Management or Financial Services background to lead the development and delivery of a digital strategy roadmap to evolve the firm’s online presence.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive SEO performance, consolidate digital marketing metrics, and implement a robust analytics and reporting framework to support data-driven decisions.
The Digital Marketing Manager will have a strong Technology focus and will align digital marketing initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and IT, alongside the day-to-day oversight, management, and development of the firm’s website.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for website and intranet management, acting as the first point of contact for all website and intranet queries/requests. This includes overseeing website functionality and proactively troubleshooting or escalating technical issues.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will ensure the website is fully instrumented for analytics and tracking, confidently implementing and refining a comprehensive SEO strategy.
The Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to work with third-party agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver marketing, digital development, and other company projects. They will also collaborate with the Director of Marketing and other stakeholders to plan and deliver the firm’s digital strategy.
The Marketing Manager will work with various teams within the business, seeking opportunities to enhance the intranet’s usability, improve search functions, organize content logically, and integrate with other internal systems.
The Candidate
Experience in Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Technology roles, ideally within Asset Management, but broader Financial Services experience will also be considered.
Relevant digital, e-marketing, and website experience with a proven track record of managing websites.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) and Excel skills for handling marketing data.
Knowledge of relevant social media channels.
Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to present marketing data is a plus.
