The Role As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
* Deliver fun, engaging, and age‑appropriate activities
* Encourage learning through both structured and free play
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Support children with SEN where required
* Observe and monitor children’s progress
About You
* Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred)
* Has a genuine passion for working with young children
* Has knowledge or experience supporting SEN (desirable)
* Is caring, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
* Can provide a positive and nurturing approach to childcare
