Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced Painters to join a prestigious hotel refurbishment project in the heart of Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-end interior fit-out, ensuring a premium finish across guest rooms, hallways, staircases, and communal areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of surfaces including sanding, filling, and undercoating
2. Application of emulsion and gloss finishes to walls, ceilings, woodwork, and trims
3. Finishing to a high standard in occupied and unoccupied hotel rooms
4. Working on stairwells and corridors with precision and attention to detail
5. Maintaining clean and tidy work areas and ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations
6. Following site safety procedures and company standards
7. Working independently and as part of a small professional decorating team
Requirements:
8. Valid CSCS Card (Blue or higher preferred)
9. Recognised Painting & Decorating Qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
10. Proven experience on similar high-spec projects, ideally in hotels or luxury accommodation
11. Own tools and whites required
12. Punctual, reliable, and committed to producing top-quality work
13. Ability to work safely and cleanly in live or sensitive environments
