Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with project managers and design engineers to define and document quality expectations and deliverables.
* Support risk management activities using FMEA to identify and mitigate quality-related risks.
* Develop and implement project-specific quality plans aligned with project controls.
* Conduct quality reviews at key project milestones: initiation, planning, development, pre-production, testing, and release.
* Ensure supplier and internal compliance with customer, technical, and regulatory standards.
* Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances during and post-project launch.
* Maintain traceability and documentation of quality records and test results.
* Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement across project teams.
Skills & Experience
* Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO/TS standards, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
* Proficient in quality tools and methodologies:
* APQP (FMEA, MSA, Capability Analysis, Control Plans)
* 8D Problem Solving
* Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
* Experience in design for manufacturing and integrating quality into project planning.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and stage gate reviews.
* Skilled in auditing, inspection, and validation processes.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
* Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to risk and issue resolution.
* Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Competent in data analysis and performance metrics.
* Desirable: APM PMQ qualification (not essential).
