Sales Administrator – Peoples Automotive Group

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our growing Sales Administration team in the Edinburgh Fordstore.


A typical day in the life of a Sales Administrator

* Assisting and supporting the Sales Admin Department with all administrative aspects to ensure efficient running and work management
* Undertaking tasks as set out by the Sales Admin Manager
* Liaising with car showrooms
* Sending instruction to workshops to prepare vehicles for sale
* Using Excel spreadsheets
* Taxing and invoicing vehicles
* Attention to detail is key

Hours

Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm.
