Role:
1. Manage a varied portfolio of clients across a range of industries.
2. Handle responsibilities including Audits, Accounts Preparation, and Tax assignments.
3. Organise and plan the workload across the team.
4. Collaborate with the Partner to set budgets, negotiate fees, and monitor billings.
5. Supervise, support, and train less experienced team members.
6. Contribute to developing and expanding your own client portfolio.
This practice aims to develop future leaders. They have a strong track record of promoting from within to Senior Level positions for those demonstrating readiness.
Requirements:
* Experience in managing your own portfolio of clients.
* Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship, as the client cannot provide sponsorship.
