With your financial experience and transaction execution skills, you will work with us to support the growth of our M&A / Corporate Finance Advisory team. Location: Leicester Responsibilities
Lead
mid-market M&A transactions
from strategy to completion. Advise
business owners on exit strategies
and manage sale mandates. Support
company acquisitions
by identifying and evaluating target opportunities and completing the deal. Execute on
private equity transactions, MBOs, fundraisings and valuation reports. Craft and review
Business Plans
and
Information Memorandums. Develop and deliver
pitches and proposals
to secure new business. Proactively
originate new opportunities and build long‑term client relationships, demonstrating a proven ability to win work. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Qualified ACA or Corporate Finance professional. Strong understanding of financial statements, standards, and analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, and report writing. Skilled in crafting clear, compelling Business Plans and Information Memorandums. Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal. Experience managing projects end-to-end with confidence and precision. Key competencies
Demonstrate experience of managing projects. A keen eye for spotting commercial opportunities and a passion for delivering business growth. Confidence and resilience in developing networks, generating leads and converting them into new mandates. Highly motivated, ambitious self-starter willing to take advantage of the opportunities this position offers, but also a team player. Working successfully for and with our clients in a flexible manner when needed. A team player with a supportive and friendly attitude.
