Job Opportunity: Administrator in Aylesford
KHR are partnering with a distinguished manufacturer based in Aylesford, seeking an efficient Administrator to join their purchasing team. This is a temp to perm position with an immediate start, working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm. The salary ranges from GBP 27,000 to GBP 28,000, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
1. Placing production purchase orders as determined by MRP
2. Raising purchase requisitions for approval and converting them to purchase orders
3. Progress chasing purchase orders
4. Updating sales orders for purchased items
5. Monitoring order acknowledgements
6. Maintaining returns register
7. Ensuring credit notes are received as required
8. Ad hoc work as requested by the Purchasing/Procurement Manager
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience raising purchase orders
* Solid administration skills
* Experience working within manufacturing/engineering (desirable)
* Good Excel skills
* Previous experience with ERP/MRP or similar systems (desirable)
