Those huge small victories
Working in our Children’s Homes means being part of a young person’s daily life, supporting them through their highest highs and lowest lows. As a Registered Manager, you will ensure the home environment fosters this support, making both staff and young people feel secure, safe, and motivated. Challenges will arise, but so will moments that feel like huge small victories!
Our homes support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming to create the best outcomes for them. Our holistic approach involves psychologists, occupational therapists, and other clinical team members to ensure positive results through a coordinated service in SEND.
Get out what you put in
By managing daily operations and taking ownership of Ofsted requirements, you enable young people to regain their childhood and develop pathways to become well-rounded adults. You will be involved in new referrals and provide a home within the UK’s leading provider of specialist education and care.
