Salary: £34,000 OTE + uncapped bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in managing a team of Retail Advisers and help them achieve their potential.
* Assist with back office tasks such as holidays and rotas.
* Lead on the sales floor with enthusiasm and lead by example.
