The role:

Our client are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to support their office operations, production admin, and logistics coordination. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes from paperwork and scheduling to chasing deliveries and solving day-to-day logistics issues. If you’re calm under pressure, great at problem-solving, and enjoy being the person who makes things happen, you’ll thrive in this role.

1. Manage day-to-day office admin (supplies, facilities, admin systems)
2. Handle calls, emails, and general enquiries
3. Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
4. Support HR/admin processes (onboarding paperwork, timesheets, leave tracking)
5. Provide admin support to the production team
6. Prepare and maintain production schedules and reports
7. Raise and track purchase orders for production materials
8. Maintain production documentation and compliance records
9. Coordinate between production, sales, and operations teams
10. Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and collections
11. Liaise with couriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers
12. Track orders and deliveries to ensure deadlines are met
13. Handle and resolve logistics issues (late deliveries, missing items, damages)
14. Maintain logistics records and update internal systems
15. Support inventory and stock control processes

The successful candidate:

16. Previous experience in office admin, production admin, logistics admin, or operations support
17. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
18. Confident communicator who can chase, follow up, and resolve issues
19. Comfortable working with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
20. Good IT skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; ERP systems a bonus)
21. Practical problem-solver with a calm, can-do attitude
22. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
