Job Overview
NIKE Birmingham Rise is hiring a part‑time (8 hours per week) BOH Retail Assistant. Applicants with back‑of‑house experience in a retail environment are preferred.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to create a premium brand experience.
* Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in onboarding new employees.
* Support store operations: operating cash register, managing inventory, restocking, building visual displays, and recommending products to meet sales targets.
* Use digital devices to integrate online and offline sales or services.
* Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
* Continuously improve knowledge through training, staying current with sales trends, products, services, and company culture.

Qualifications
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
* Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative team member.
* Proven product sales techniques.
* Flexible scheduling; ability to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Availability
* Part‑time: 8 hours per week.
* Must be available on weekends.
* Available between 9 a.m.–9 p.m.
