Base pay range
TIS is a forward-thinking and nationally renowned Security and Communications Company, NSI Gold and BAFE accredited. We specialize in designing, installing, servicing, and maintaining integrated security systems and manufacturing specialist equipment. Due to our continued success, we are expanding our Customer Engagement Team in Birmingham and seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Account Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development within the security and communications industry. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and security sector experience.
The role involves managing key contracts, maintaining high-quality customer relationships, understanding customer needs, collaborating with manufacturers and consultants, designing security solutions (especially CCTV), supporting tenders, and producing commercial forecasts.
Key experience/qualifications:
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering world-class customer experience
* Experience in the Security Sector
* Knowledge of complex CCTV systems, transmission, and networks
* Experience in designing or installing security, life safety, and connected systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, Fire)
* Ability to construct build sheets and quotations
* Experience submitting tenders and bids
Skills and Capabilities:
* Understanding of integrated and networked systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good commercial understanding
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* Team player committed to company values and standards
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm (flexibility required)
Salary: £45,000 plus commission
