⭐ The Role: Development Team Lead / Tech Lead (x5) 🌳
We’re looking for five inspiring technical leaders to guide cross‑functional engineering teams across multiple product areas.
This is a hands‑on leadership role, combining:
* Delivery leadership
* Impactful ownership of high‑value product areas
Your team may focus on:
* Workflow and automation improvements
* Core platform scalability and resilience
Focus areas rotate annually, ensuring ongoing growth and variety.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and develop a team of 2–6 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth
* Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform
* Partner with product managers to shape priorities and delivery outcomes
* Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and shipping new features
* Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent
* Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence
* Remain technically hands‑on, especially while teams scale
We’re seeking strong full‑stack engineers who lead by example.
Core Stack Includes
Experience with large‑scale, complex systems is a major advantage.
Leadership titles aren’t essential – but leadership behaviour is.
