The below package is available for an enthusiastic Service Administrator looking to join a dynamic Security Alarm company with huge growth opportunities –
The package -
* £40,000 (Base salary).
* 20 days holiday, which will increase a day per annum (capped at 25).
* Working hours; Mon – Fri, 08.00am – 17.30

Main responsibilities -
* Answering incoming calls.
* Liaising with contracted clients about their security systems.
* Booking services on our in-house computer software.
* Booking breakdown appointments and technical phone calls.
* Managing and coordinating the engineers.
* Full management of our monitoring services, daily report management, and liaising with clients regarding this.
* Processing daily engineer job reports.
* General administration – franking, sending out reminder letters, liaising with customers/colleagues via email/working on our bespoke software.
