Job Description
* Process sales and purchase invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
* Reconcile customer and supplier accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
* Maintain and update ledger records in the accounting system.
* Prepare and process payment runs while adhering to company policies.
* Assist with month-end reporting and closing tasks.
* Handle queries related to sales and purchase ledger activities.
* Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience working within accounting functions, especially in sales and purchase ledger roles.
* Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
* Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
* Knowledge of financial compliance and regulations.
