Location: Office/Site based 3 days PW Hybrid (Non negotiable)

HVAC Specialist - Energy Efficiency & Sustainability
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and management of HVAC systems across a large estate, supporting long-term sustainability and Net Zero Carbon goals.
What you'll do:
* Define and implement HVAC processes, standards, and compliance measures
* Provide expert technical guidance on HVAC systems, safety, and regulations
* Maintain asset registers and PPM schedules, auditing projects and performance
* Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues
* Drive innovation and best practices aligned with energy efficiency targets
* Support major projects and contribute to policy development
* Deputise for senior colleagues when required
What we're looking for:
* Extensive experience with HVAC systems in large estates, including BMS, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and ancillary equipment
* Strong understanding of HVAC legislation, safety, and compliance standards
* Proven expertise in asset management, PPM schedules (eg, SFG20), and CAFM systems
* Experience operating at a senior level, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership
* Ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate across teams, and resolve complex technical challenges
* Analytical skills to assess asset performance, identify improvements, and drive cost-effective solutions
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
* Commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement in energy efficiency and operational excellence
Desirable:
* HNC/HND or degree in HVAC/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
* Chartered membership (eg, IMechE, CIBSE)
