Provide enterprise and solution-level architectural leadership across a complex digital estate. Responsible for governance, assurance, and alignment of architecture deliverables to agreed standards, while coordinating across multiple teams and workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate the delivery of architectural outputs across multiple projects and workstreams
2. Provide enterprise and solution architecture guidance, direction, and assurance
3. Chair and facilitate the Architecture Design Authority (ADA), including agenda preparation, design reviews, and decision logging
4. Ensure architectural deliverables meet governance standards and obtain formal stakeholder sign-off
5. Maintain alignment with organisational architecture standards, policies, and best practices
6. Identify and manage architectural risks, issues, and non-compliance
7. Provide hands-on architectural leadership for digital platforms and solution designs
8. Coordinate work delivered by offshore and distributed architecture teams
9. Produce high-quality architecture artefacts including:Architecture blueprintsRoadmapsDesign assessmentsDecision and assurance logs
10. Participate in governance forums and senior stakeholder workshops
11. Embed consistent quality, standards, and best practices across teams
