Position: The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice on a range of private family law matters, managing both new and ongoing client instructions. You will undertake consultations with prospective and existing clients, draft documentation and correspondence, and record and audit case files to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role also involves negotiating on behalf of clients, managing day-to-day case administration, and allocating administrative tasks to support staff as required.
