Onsite IT Support Engineer (Retail) Up to £32,000 Notting Hill, London 5 days onsite middle is partnered exclusively with a fast-growing MSP to recruit an Onsite IT Support Engineer to support a retail environment for one of their flagship clients. This is a rare onsite opportunity within a premium retail business. The Role You will be based full-time onsite (MondayFriday), acting as the primary IT point of contact for the head office staff and a few stores. 1st line calls are handled by the MSPs central service desk, with issues escalated to you for hands-on desktop support, user issues, and store-critical incidents. The role is largely focused on end-user support rather than networking or infrastructure.
