We’re Europe’s leading design, engineering and environmental consultancy and we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to support our Energy & Special Interests Project team.
This role will be based at our Glasgow or Edinburgh offices and can be worked flexibly with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and the option of adjusted start and finish times.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the project information transfer process for the project teams through collaborative initiatives inhouse & with industry professionals.
2. Maintain project information in compliance with the standards required in respective projects.
3. Assist in the Verification Adapt & Maintenance of information to required Standards, Methods and Processes (SMPs).
4. Monitor the production of design outputs related to a discipline specific, package-based or time-based task in compliance with the project SMP’s and agreed project specific systems & technology.
5. Manage documents and digital information.
6. Manage & Validate consistent administration and control of project information.
To be successful in this role you’ll possess:
7. Experience working in a similar role including co-ordinating projects, document and information management and working with digital administration systems.
8. Experience of working to Company Standards, Methods and Processes.
9. Experience of Revit family creation or an understanding with a desire to develop in this area.
10. Experience of data population/ validation process specifically, but not limited to, the COBie Schema.
11. A sound understanding of lean workflow development for efficient design development using BIM.
12. An ability to identify key automation/ integration tools to drive efficiency in the project information modelling process.
13. A driven, proactive, and solution oriented approach.
14. A desire to learn, progress and challenge yourself.
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
