Lead Growth Across the North Join a Market-Leading Automotive Network We are recruiting for a Northern Sales Manager to take ownership of commercial performance across the UK North region. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for driving sales growth, expanding the network, and leading a high-performing field sales team.

The Role As Northern Sales Manager, you will:
Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers
Drive regional sales growth and network expansion
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships
Deliver against revenue, margin, and performance targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Ensure strong CRM usage, reporting, and pipeline management
Collaborate with suppliers and partners to maximise opportunities
This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic thinking with time spent out in the field driving performance.
About You Were looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in sales leadership / regional or area management
Has managed or coached field-based sales teams
Comes from an automotive, tyre, aftermarket or related sector
Is highly commercially aware and target-driven
Has strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Is organised, self-motivated, and performance-focused
Is confident using CRM systems and reporting tools
Holds a full UK driving licence
