We are seeking a highly connected, fashion-forward Influencer & Gifting Coordinator to join our team — someone who lives and breathes culture, social media, and style. This person will be responsible for identifying, managing, and nurturing relationships with influencers, stylists, celebrities, and cultural tastemakers who align with the Naked Wolfe vision.
The Role
As the Influencer & Gifting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Naked Wolfe’s cultural presence. You will strategically connect the brand with high-profile figures, trendsetters, and creators who authentically speak to the Naked Wolfe consumer. From managing global gifting initiatives to supporting influencer activations and seeding strategies, this role demands a deep understanding of both luxury fashion and digital culture.
This position is perfect for someone with an instinct for what’s next — someone who scrolls, spots, and knows who everyone’s talking about before they’re on everyone’s feed.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, VIPs, stylists, and cultural figures who align with Naked Wolfe’s brand identity.
* Coordinate global influencer gifting — managing product selection, packaging, logistics, and tracking ROI.
* Maintain and update influencer databases, ensuring accurate and organised contact management.
* Support the marketing and creative teams with influencer outreach for campaigns, events, and collaborations.
* Research emerging talent, trends, and viral moments to keep Naked Wolfe at the forefront of cultural relevance.
* Manage influencer correspondence, invitations, and follow-ups with professionalism and brand tone.
* Work closely with the Creative and PR teams to align influencer strategy with seasonal collections and product drops.
* Monitor social media to identify key moments, content opportunities, and rising creators.
* Analyse and report on influencer engagement and gifting performance.
* Represent Naked Wolfe’s creative vision and aesthetic in all external interactions.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in influencer marketing, PR, or communications within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
* Deep knowledge of fashion, luxury, and pop culture, with a strong pulse on what’s trending now and next.
* Confident and comfortable interacting with high-profile talent and agencies.
* Highly proficient across major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).
* Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proactive, fast-moving, and culturally intuitive — you’re always one step ahead.
* A genuine passion for the Naked Wolfe aesthetic and the global fashion landscape.
* Experience using influencer management tools or CRM systems is a plus.
