The Role
We are looking for a motivated German-speaking Junior Administrator to support our recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates in German-speaking markets
* Pre-screen candidates to assess suitability for current vacancies
* Support recruiters by sourcing and identifying talent
* Maintain accurate candidate records in our internal systems
* Assist with general administrative tasks related to recruitment processes
Requirements
* Fluent in German (spoken and written)
* Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous admin or customer-facing experience is a plus but not essential
