What you will be doing: You will work with the managers to supervise and coordinate the team ensuring the service is fully operational on a day-to-day basis. Leading, supporting and rostering the Civil Enforcement Officers team Carrying out daily briefings Leading by example Dealing with escalated queries from team colleagues and members of the public Patrolling public car parks and streets, issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles What we are looking for: Previous supervisory or team leading experience Excellent communication skills Experience of working with Microsoft Office Customer-focused Ability to work on own initiative Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Full UK Driving Licence (desirable) What’s in it for you?
