Contract Type: Full-Time (35 hours/week, 09:00 – 17:00)

Role Summary
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s digital presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistency across all online platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, with a strong understanding of digital trends and audience engagement.
Your work will directly influence how the brand is perceived online and contribute to driving awareness, engagement, and growth. You will manage digital advertising, social media activity, website content, and assist with the development of visual marketing materials. This is a hands-on role that requires collaboration with design, sales, and senior management teams to ensure marketing aligns with wider business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Material Development:
Create compelling, on-brand marketing materials tailored to our target audience.
Online Presence Management:
Manage, grow, and optimise the company’s website and social media platforms.
Social Media Engagement:
Execute a strategic plan to drive engagement through captivating content.
Content Creation:
Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite to design and produce high-quality content.
Google and Meta Ads Management:
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), optimising performance and ensuring return on investment.
Develop and implement a monthly marketing strategy to support business growth.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Present creative ideas to internal stakeholders, including senior management.
Industry Insight Integration:
Stay updated on industry news and trends; apply relevant insights.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, including advertising metrics, to refine strategies and improve results.
Trend Monitoring:
Keep up to date with best practice and emerging trends in digital marketing.
Photography Support:
Assist with photography needs and coordinate photo shoots as required.
Person Specification
Qualifications, Training & Knowledge
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and CMS systems – Essential
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – Essential
* Experience
* Previous experience in internet and social media marketing – Essential
* Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing – Essential
* 2 years of experience in marketing – Desirable
