Commercial Sales Executive
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £27,000 OTE £60,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, with one afternoon finish at 4pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays. No Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Sales Executive to join our client’s dynamic sales team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and developing new business to increase sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business by researching potential customers and understanding their needs.
2. Analyze the market and develop sales strategies and plans.
3. Negotiate with potential customers to achieve optimal outcomes for the company.
4. Maintain relationships with existing customers and upsell additional products and services.
5. Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained.
6. Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Technical Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous sales experience preferred.
* Proven success in achieving sales targets.
* Strong relationship-building skills with customers.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Creative problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
