What You’ll Need
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Healthcare Assistant.
* Level 2 Health & Social Care (or above).
* Strong communication skills and a genuinely person-centred approach.
* Experience supporting older adults or those with higher care needs.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver warm, person-centred care to older adults, supporting their daily needs and wellbeing.
* Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through excellent communication.
* Support residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and meaningful activities.
* Work alongside nurses and senior carers to maintain high care standards.
* Help create a safe, comfortable, and homely environment for everyone.
