We are hiring a Assistant Store Manager at our Bluewater Shopping Centre. As our 11th retail store in the UK, and first outside of an outlet, this store features new concepts that adds something truly unique to the Bluewater shopping experience. We are looking for a leader with experience developing the team to deliver fantastic service standards as well as lead and develop the high volume sales operation.
You will be an experienced, dynamic, commercially focused Assistant Store Manager with proven results to leading teams and grow sales. This will be a busy role in our store in the fabulous Bluewater shopping centre, Dartford. We are not looking for someone to follow our guide – we are looking for a manager who can analyse our current performance and bring improvements to sales and operational efficiency through their own ideas and retail experience to help deliver a HARIBO experience for our customers and colleagues instore. Our Assistant Store Manager for Bluewater will be self-motivated and hands on with previous exposure to working in a fast-paced retail environment and must be prepared to lead the team with a one-team approach to retail.
Team Leadership skills and a focus on people, customers and sales are all key, along with a drive to make the store environment and the team, the best they possibly can be!
Valid driving licence is essential as you may be required to travel to other stores.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager to deliver HARIBO sales targets and KPI's by executing HARIBO customer service, retail and operational standards.
The ability to make changes and deliver initiatives that will shape the success of the retail business
Leadership responsibilities within your retail store, for your team and their development
Accountability to be able to ensure processes are seamless and customer service is the best it can be!
Being able to develop meaningful relationships within the store team
Experience of stock management procedures along with good communication skills
People Management experience essential
