Project Manager - Infrastructure / Engineering Projects

Role Overview:
An experienced Project Manager is required to lead and integrate projects to deliver target costs, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and realise project benefits. The successful candidate will operate at an intermediate level aligned to recognised project management standards, supporting delivery across complex programmes within a collaborative environment.
The role requires strong problem-solving ability, sound decision-making skills, and the capability to manage competing stakeholder demands relating to cost, time, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and integrate projects to achieve cost, schedule, and quality targets
Manage project dependencies, risks, and benefits realisation
Lead workstreams and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders
Analyse project data and inputs to support delivery strategies
Manage change, risks, and contractual requirements
Influence and negotiate with internal teams and external supply chain partners
Build and maintain strong stakeholder and supplier relationships
Support project governance, reporting, and decision-making processes
Requirements:
Experience delivering infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects
Knowledge of NEC3 contracts (essential)
Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
Experience managing competing priorities across cost, time, and quality
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage risk and implement effective solutions
Experience working within complex or multidisciplinary project environments
