Overview

We seek a results-driven Account Director to develop integrated, omnichannel media plans, manage client relationships, and lead media campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and experience in digital marketing channels.


Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Understand client goals and industry trends to inform planning.
2. Strategy & Planning: Develop digital marketing strategies across channels including PPC, social media, display, and offline channels like OOH and TV. Use assembly tools for audience profiling and insights.
3. Campaign Management: Analyze and report on campaign metrics, conduct A/B testing, and optimize performance.
4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations based on data.
5. Collaboration: Support performance reviews, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and stay updated on industry trends.
6. Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, ensure financial reconciliations, and deliver campaigns within constraints.


Required Skills

* 5+ years in digital media planning or account management, with experience in digital and traditional media.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and audience research tools.
* Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of digital media landscape, including programmatic buying and local publication dynamics.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
