Process new and existing customer orders, liaising with planning, warehouse, and transport teams for timely deliveries. Manage artwork processes from initial stages to customer approval and final product. Provide efficient customer service, addressing enquiries and complaints professionally. Collaborate with technical and quality control teams to resolve customer issues. Maintain and update customer price files. Input and amend orders in the system from receipt through to invoicing.
