Health & Safety Advisor duties include -
Implement HSE policies in line with UK legislation and company standards.
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Track environmental performance and report to management.
Manage emergency plans and coordinate drills.
Support site teams and deputise for the SHE Manager as needed.Health & Safety Advisor desirable skills and experience -
Experience in a similar position (SHE Advisor, SHE Officer etc).
Strong environmental experience within a manufacturing environment.
Systems experience - ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 18001.
Relevant education - NEBOSH, IOSH etc.Health & Safety Advisor position benefits include -
