Junior Legal Assistant
We’re excited to be recruiting for a Junior PA to join a well-established, global law firm based in Manchester City Centre.This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to take the next step into a Junior PA position from an administrative, team assistant, or receptionist background - ideally within property, legal, or financial services.Working within a busy and fast-paced Real Estate team, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing diaries for fee earners.
2. Playing an active role in client care.
3. Handling client queries and supporting general team administration.
4. Coordinating file opening and closing, and maintaining accurate records.
5. Typing correspondence and emails.
6. Supporting billing and credit control processes.
