Regional Sales Manager – South East/London (homebased)
£50k base, car, 30% uncapped bonus/ote, pension health.
Electronic Components manufacturer.
Meeting face to face with with local Distributors/Wholesalers, OEMs and End Users in the manufacturing sector.
Purpose of the Role
Lead and grow sales across the London and South East UK region, achieving revenue targets and expanding the customer base through strong relationships, effective planning, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet or exceed regional sales targets across all product lines.
* Develop and maintain business plans with key accounts and distributors.
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, identifying and winning new customers.
* Work with internal teams to ensure efficient sales processes and excellent customer support.
* Keep accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM system.
* Manage regional budgets and report expenditures on time.
* Stay informed about market trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
* Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and promotional events.
* Support cross-department initiatives and contribute to overall business objectives.
Performance Indicators

Qualifications and Skills
* Electrical qualification or relevant technical background preferred.
* Experience in sales of industrial automation or energy management products.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Full, clean driving licence.
