About Our Client
The client is a well known specialist regional legal firm with offices across the North of England. They have a dedicated Charities team who work with a range of charities and social enterprises across the UK and they are now looking to recruit a Commercial lawyer to join their specialist team.
Job Description
The Charities Solicitor will get involved in a range of work including;
* Advising charities and social business and enterprises on commercial contracts
* Drafting a range of contracts including sales and purchase, supply contracts, terms and conditions and partnership agreements
* Advising on grants and donations
* Being the key contact for large charities
* Supervising junior team members
* Working closely the partners in the firm / team
The Successful Applicant
* A Solicitor with a background in charities or commercial
* An interest to work in the charities sector
* Likely to come from a law firm background or public sector background
* Likely to have around 5 years plus PQE
* Ties to Leeds
What's on Offer
* Salary ranging from £75,000 to £80,000 per annum.
