Role Overview
We are looking for a Community Staff Nurse to join the North Sutherland Integrated Health and Social Care team. The role involves providing care and support to patients in their own homes across North Sutherland. The post is based at Bettyhill Nurse Base but requires substantial travel across the region.
Responsibilities
* Provide care and support to patients in their own homes across North Sutherland.
Schedule & Working Arrangements
This is a permanent full-time post of 37 hours per week, worked flexibly in line with service requirements across a 7-day rota, with participation in the on-call rota for end‑of‑life care as required. Flexible working arrangements may also be considered.
Qualifications
* Current NMC registration.
* Full driving licence and ability or willingness to use a vehicle for work; if required access to own vehicle will be needed.
* Willingness to travel substantially across North Sutherland.
* Applicants who speak Gaelic are welcomed.
* Effective from 1st April 2026 the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours and pay will be adjusted to remain the same.
