About the Organisation
This is a growing and innovative care provider focused on offering safe and stable homes for children and young people aged 7 to 17. * Take the lead on safeguarding, planning and emotional support
* Build strong partnerships with social workers, schools, health professionals and local authorities
* Foster a culture of learning, safety and ongoing improvement
* Create a home that feels calm, structured and supportive for children
Requirements

* At least two years of experience working in residential childcare, including one year in a leadership or supervisory role
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or is currently working towards it
* Strong emotional awareness and resilience, with a commitment to delivering high quality child centred care
* Good communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
* A solid understanding of safeguarding, relevant regulations and trauma responsive support
