Team Overview
The Commercial relationship team is a hub of industry knowledge, identifying new market opportunities, products, and revenue streams, while optimizing existing relationships. Strong communication and collaboration are essential for success.
Role Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to the Commercial, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams, and third-party finance teams.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance standards.
* Preparing documentation for audits.
* Handling provider queries, invoicing, and aged debtors.
* Assisting with invoice approvals and tracking in Exflow.
* Preparing meeting documentation for provider meetings.
* Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring clear communication.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in administrative roles, with knowledge of end-to-end admin processes.
* Understanding of financial products, strategies, and planning.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Experience with software like Oracle and Exflow is beneficial.
* Experience with invoice processes is advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience cross-referencing large data sets.
