Pasta Chef/Junior Sous Chef required for this independent small Restaurant based close to Hyde, travelling distance of Manchester. As Pasta Chef/Junior Sous you will work closely with the owners to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen on a daily basis. You will be involves with orders, menu development and helping run the kitchen. Great opportunity to place your own emphasis in the kitchen within a happy working environment and a real chance to progress further - the company is currently in negotiations with a new site in Manchester centre also!
JOB DESCRIPTION
As Junior Sous you will be working with a very talented and experienced Head Chef and to deputise and help cover in their absence, you will work in various sections of the kitchen, producing food of the highest standard using various cooking styles and techniques. Motivation and inspiration are essential to communicate the way forward and continue in the restaurant’s success.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Exeperience in fresh food environments is a must Strong Senior Chef de Parties and Junior Sous Chefs be considered for this role.
