Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that residential and commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires strong customer service skills, as you will interact with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
* Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
* Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a pristine environment.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and feedback in a professional manner.
* Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms by performing sanitation tasks effectively.
* Assist with janitorial duties as needed to ensure overall cleanliness of facilities.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning processes and high-quality results.
* Utilize housekeeping management techniques to organize cleaning schedules and tasks effectively.
Experience
* Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
* Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
* Experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services will be beneficial.
* Skills in cooking are advantageous but not mandatory.
* A strong understanding of sanitation practices and floor care techniques is essential.
