Harvey Nash is recruiting for a Delivery Lead with deep understanding of IT service management, ITIL and SIAM frameworks.
* 12 Month Contract

* £550 - £625 a day - Inside of IR35
* Remote with one visit per month to site
This Programme is to modernise and align our clients service management capabilities with ITIL and SIAM principles. As a Senior Project / Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional delivery teams to realise key workstream outcomes.
Essential:
* Proven experience leading complex delivery initiatives in agile and hybrid environments.
* Strong track record of delivering medium to large-scale business and technology change projects.
* Deep understanding of IT service management, ITIL and SIAM frameworks.
* Experience managing project financials, including capex/opex structures and cost tracking.
* Strong planning, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management platforms.
* Practitioner-level qualifications in project or programme management (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, APM, PMP).
