Are you passionate about enhancing young people’s careers? The School of Care and Science are looking for a lecturer who will inspire our learners to achieve their full potential during their time at the Luton campus.
Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, and assess across levels 1, 2 & 3 Health and Social Care and launch the new T Level in Health‑Adult Nursing courses.
* Deliver skills and knowledge to high standards by preparing resources, delivering lessons, marking student work and supporting students with their whole programme of study.
* Teach and embed essential skills, overseeing work‑experience placements that launch students into a health and social care career.
Qualifications
* Background in Adult Nursing, Health care and/or Anatomy & Physiology.
* Experience working with young people or apprentices in a college or educational setting.
* Minimum of Level 3 in Health & Social Care or an equivalent course and relevant vocational experience.
* A teaching qualification is advantageous; teacher training will be offered.
